Some exciting things have been happening at Alpine FM! You may have noticed, that we are now Alpine FM. Don’t worry, we are still bringing you all the great programming and entertainment that you enjoy from Alpine Radio. After 20 years, we decided that it was a good time for fresh new feel for us, and out listeners.
The timing was perfect, as we had secured a Black Summer Bushfire Recovery-funded grant for our fantastic new Outdoor Broadcast van. When you see us driving around in your area, make sure that you come over and say hi, and have a look at our new setup. The OB van will also support our community as part of our emergency services broadcasting role.
In our 20th year we also took the opportunity to freshen up the office and studios, with a new desk, new carpet, and a fresh new look for our presenters and volunteers. Drop in to the studios in the Mount Beauty Visitor Information Precinct, and have a look around!
