Terms and Conditions

  1. The promoter is Kiewa Valley Community Radio Inc. (Trading as Alpine FM), ABN 82 737 397 695.
  2. Entrants must be 18 years or over and must be Victorian Residents.
  3. The draw is not open to the following and their spouse: Alpine FM committee members, current on-air presenters, employees and volunteers of Alpine FM.
  4. No person may enter the survey or draw more than once.
  5. Entry into the draw via the website is conditional on completion of the online survey and supply of basic contact information.
  6. The online survey and entries in the draw commence on Wednesday 22 April 2026 and end at 5pm AEST on Tuesday 12 May 2026.
  7. The draw will be conducted on air on the Brunch with Fay program immediately after the 11am news and weather on Wednesday 13 May 2026.
  8. A person need not be present to be declared a prize winner.
  9. Prizes must be claimed in person within 28 days from the date of winning. After that time, unclaimed prizes will be dealt with according to legislative requirements. It is the sole responsibility of winners to collect their prize. Alpine FM will not notify winners of the time remaining. 
  10. Where Alpine elects to post a prize to a winner no responsibility will be accepted by Alpine FM for the safe and effective postal delivery of the prize.
  11. Prizes are not redeemable for other goods or services and cannot be exchanged for cash.
  12. In the event that a winner chooses not to accept a prize, they forfeit any and all claims to that prize, which will be dealt with according to the absolute discretion of Alpine FM subject to legislative requirement.
  13. In the event where a specified prize becomes unavailable, Alpine FM reserves the right to offer the winner another item of equal value.
  14. To the fullest extent possible by law, by accepting a prize, competition prize winners agree to release Alpine FM from any claim, loss, damage, expense (including any claim for legal expenses), cost or charge sustained in any way incurred by and/or in connection with participation in the promotion and/or in use of the prize.
  15. Acceptance of prize constitutes permission for Alpine FM to use the winner’s name, suburb or residence for advertising and promotional purposes without compensation.
  16. All entries by internet are sent entirely at the risk of the entrant. If there are any difficulties arising out of the internet or any associated equipment Alpine FM may at its absolute discretion disqualify the entire entry or any portion thereof.
  17. A failure by Alpine FM to enforce any of these Competition Terms and Conditions in any instance(s) will not give rise to any claim by any person.
  18. Alpine FM will not be responsible for any act, omission, failure or delay by Alpine FM which is due to storms, fire, and other acts which are not reasonable within the control of Alpine FM.
  19. In the case of dispute the decision of Alpine FM will be final and binding and no correspondence will be entered into.
